Data processor: SalesNet Média Kft. (Registered office: 1173 Budapest, Újlak utca 116-128. A. lház. 2. em. 8. ajtó, Tax number: 24082644-2-42). As the provider of the website platform management system, SalesNet Média Kft. operates the technical infrastructure.

2. Data We Collect and Why

Contact & Event Inquiries: When you fill out our "Event inquiry" form, we collect your Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. We use this data solely to process your request, provide a custom quote, and communicate with you about your event.

Table Reservations: Table bookings are handled via our third-party partner system, ReservOurs.com.

Website Analytics & Cookies: We use cookies to optimize your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.

3. Data Retention, Infrastructure & Security

Data submitted through the website is stored on secure, dedicated servers operated by the Data Processor within the EU (hosted at Rackhost Zrt. datacenter).

Contact messages submitted through the website are retained for a maximum of 12 months in the administration panel, after which they are automatically deleted. If you decline an event offer, your personal data will be deleted immediately.

4. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Controller at theholdudvar@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.

For any formal data protection complaints, you may contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH - www.naih.hu).
